A long time local, West County watering hole – almost 20 years – from PJ’s to Satchmo’s , from Paul to Chip to Chris and Lisa Melton.

What is amazing is the number of patrons and staff that have been part of this great local hang out for years and years and years. No we aren’t a fancy chain – but we are friendly and welcoming to all.

Chris and Lisa Melton are the new proprietors of Satchmo’s. Chris is one of those “Home Cooks” with a passion for good food – whether Bar Food or the amazing new menu items – you will quickly see that this is so much more than “Bar Food” and “Chain Attitudes”.  Where else can you get West County’s Best Burger and Hand Cut Steaks, Grilled Mahi Mahi with a Creole Mustard Sauce, Fresh Salads, real Southern Style Pulled Pork, Ribs and Cold Beer. (Chris and Lisa fixed the old, “warm” Draft Beer System) and LIVE Music!
