We’ve always been adamant about bringing passion to the table with from scratch cooking and creative gourmet dishes. So this time, when we set out to create a menu, we really wanted to characterize who we are as a restaurant and what we’re about. We think that we’ve really outdone ourselves!
Under the creative power and culinary expertise of Executive Chef Steve LaFata and Sous Chef Christian Schottel, we were able to craft a menu that not only offers many exciting and delectable options, but also highlights and builds upon the culinary favorites you know and love. We were also able to start supporting local business ourselves! From appetizers like our Steak Bruschetta, Charcuterie Board, Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps, or our Smoked Fish Rosti, to our new Lahvosh, Chicken Burgers, Hamburgers, and Entrees, we’ve got something sure to please any taste. We’ve even added vegetarian and vegan options!
The Chicken Burgers are brand new to our menu. We wanted to build on what we’re already known for (our burgers) with a creative twist that you just can’t find at other restaurants. They are hand pattied in house from scratch with pulled chicken, bread crumbs, eggs, sauteed onions, carrots and celery, and seared on a cast iron skillet to finish. Ideas for our Chicken Burgers range from traditional chicken dishes like chicken Parmesan, or chicken Marsala to our version well known chicken sandwiches, like the blackened chicken club.
We’ve also added some Entrees to our menu. The Firecracker Ramen is a pasta hybrid dish made from our sweet and tangy Asian style Firecracker sauce, Chinese-style wheat noodles, thinly sliced sirloin steak, sauteed red peppers, onions, and carrots. The flavors come together in a unique way that satisfies like no other. Also choose from our creole themed items like the cheesy Shrimp and Grits, or our customer favorite Jambalaya.
Or, if you’re in the mood for something completely original, our Fiery Shrimp Scampi Pizza fits the bill! It’s made on our thin, St. Louis style crust, brushed with a made in house spicy garlic butter base, and topped with sauteed shrimp with a six cheese blend of shredded mozzarella, Provel, muenster, jack, cheddar, and fresh grated Parmesan.
These are just some of the updates to our menu, but we couldn’t cover everything in this post!
