We’ve always been adamant about bringing passion to the table with from scratch cooking and creative gourmet dishes. So this time, when we set out to create a menu, we really wanted to characterize who we are as a restaurant and what we’re about. We think that we’ve really outdone ourselves! Under the creative power and culinary expertise of Executive Chef Steve LaFata and Sous Chef Christian Schottel, we were able to craft a menu that not only offers many exciting and delectable options, but also highlights and builds upon the culinary favorites you know and love. We were also able to start supporting local business ourselves!
